 Lynne P. Cannady

LPC Consulting Associates, Inc.

Lynne Cannady has been conducting evaluation research since 1978. Her experience includes both survey and evaluation research, needs assessment, and strategic planning for government agencies, community based organizations, and private foundations. Her work has focused on evaluations of prevention and innovative program initiatives that address: child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, tobacco use, foster care and adoptions, teen pregnancy, high risk youth, juvenile delinquency, alcohol and drug abuse, HIV/AIDS service needs, community based collaborations, and systems change. Ms. Cannady is an advocate for capacity building among client organizations and for her own staff and associates. She also conducts training and technical assistance in evaluation and strategic planning. Minicucci Associates and LPC Consulting Associates, Inc. frequently team together on evaluation projects.

Charles King

FundTrack Software

Charles King provides support for Minicucci Associates in designing and implementing data systems tailored to client needs.  For nearly 15 years, Charles King, President of FundTrack Software has been designing and developing data systems utilizing a variety of today’s most popular software. His strong inter-face expertise allows him to design systems that are easy to learn and understand.  Many of the systems that Charles designs are used for trend analysis, Human Service Programs, and nonprofit donor management requirements. Charles is an experienced trainer in areas of design, development, and data base management. His client base includes government, nonprofit, and for profit organizations based across the United States.

Selena Polston 

During the past ten years, Selena Polston has worked as a program evaluator, facilitator, trainer, process redesign consultant, and program manager for numerous public, private, and non-profit service agencies.Ms. Polston received her Master of Social Work from Columbia University with dual concentrations in policy, program, and supervision and research methods. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz. She is highly skilled in qualitative research methodology, needs assessments, process analysis and re-design, curriculum development, training, facilitation and mediation. She is fluent in Spanish and has special knowledge of integrated social services delivery, family and children’s services, drug and alcohol prevention, teen pregnancy prevention, youth mentoring, and designing programs that have cross-cultural relevancy.   In addition to her experience as a program evaluator and researcher, Ms. Polston worked as a caseworker, community organizer and program manager in community-based organizations serving diverse communities.
