Catherine Adams Minicucci
Since 1985, Catherine Adams Minicucci has led her own research and evaluation firm in Sacramento, California. As a consultant to public agencies and private organizations, Catherine Adams Minicucci has conducted evaluations of a wide range of human services, specializing in children’s services and education. Areas of emphasis include after school and youth development programs, First 5 programs for children under 5 and their families, AmeriCorps programs, and child abuse prevention projects.
Minicucci served as a technical assistance consultant for the California Center for Health Improvement Proposition 10 Technical Assistance Center and was a Research Affiliate with the University of California Santa Cruz National Center for Research on Cultural Diversity and Second Language Learning.

Before working as a consultant in private practice, Catherine Adams Minicucci served as senior education policy staff to the California State Senate, California State Assembly and as a manager for the California School Boards Association. She served as policy staff to the Commissioner of Education in Massachusetts. Catherine Adams Minicucci received her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in Anthropology with an emphasis on interdisciplinary social sciences. She received her master's degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
Charissa Coralde Griffin
Charissa Coralde Griffin earned her Associate of Arts degree in Business from Sacramento City College and her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from California State University, Sacramento. Since 2005, Charissa has served as a Research Assistant at Minicucci Associates gathering data, analyzing data and supporting client needs for data collection, entry and retrieval. She is proficient in software database and analytical programs. Prior to joining Minicucci Associates, Ms. Griffin worked as a Research Assistant for a marketing research firm and in customer support for financial services companies.
